In July 2009 we held our first 'Open Air' event at Lealholm, with many of the usual Sanctuary gang involved. We were blessed with extremely good weather (which was a relief given how much equipment we had set up outside!). Throughout the afternoon many people stopped to listen, some perching themselves on the grassy bank over the lane. Lealholm is a lovely little village in the Esk valley, and it is popular with visitors on a sunny July afternoon!
